Chemical Engineer – Job Description

  • To design water and wastewater treatment plants process including mass balance, process equipment sizing, process flow diagram, P&IDs etc.
  • To provide technical assistance in the operation, maintenance and proper management of all WTP (Water Treatment Plant) and STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) projects.
  • To attend meetings and coordinate with the Client’s project managers, design engineers, site engineers as a representative of the company when assigned to a project or project site.
  • To send and respond to Client’s clarifications and request for information.
  • To prepare reports and other pertinent documents required in the project.
  • To coordinate with Suppliers, Local Support Partners for request for quotations, clarifications, request of documents for the equipment/materials required in the project.
  • To work with the Technical Services Team in design processes, strategies, and troubleshooting.
  • To coordinate with other departments/teams for process design, material request, service, safety etc to fulfil its responsibility.
  • To regularly apply one’s training and knowledge fully across all areas of work assigned.
  • While onsite, to regularly submit daily progress reports to the main office and report any significant issues or developments to one’s immediate supervisor.
  • To build amicable relationships and partnerships with authorized client representatives, contractors, engineers, or project managers to ensure a smooth and beneficial working relationship.
  • To build a good relationship with one’s clients to inculcate loyalty and encourage continued preference for the company’s various products and services.
  • To sustain excellent customer and partner relations and service across all affiliated clients or partners by ensuring that the clients’ needs prior, during, and post-installation are always met with efficiency and quality by the Technical Team assigned to the said project.
  • To conduct product presentations where necessary to various clients and partners.
  • Perform management work such as coordination, documentation, reporting and liaising between the client or partner and HTPC for requirements needed by the client or head office to submit formal requests, progress reports, etc.
  • To perform other required tasks, if necessary.

Electrical Engineer – Job Description

  • To provide design for water and wastewater treatment plants process including Load Calculations & Schedule, Single Line Diagram, Load Consumptions, Lightning, and grounding calcs, electrical lay outs thru any CAD software. Knowledge in ETAP is an advantage.
  • To manage day to day implementation/works on project site.
  • To provide technical assistance in the operation, maintenance and proper management of all WTP (Water Treatment Plant) and STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) projects.
  • To attend meetings and coordinate with the Client’s project managers, design engineers, site engineers as a representative of the company when assigned to a project or project site.
